Fujifilm X-E3 – A Compact, Very Capable, and Pretty Handsome Camera

My first Fujifilm X camera was X100F. For a whole year, I was carrying it everywhere. I absolutely loved the images I was getting with it. The built-in 23mm F2 lens gave me the necessary limitations so I can concentrate on my photography. Still, as time was moving on, I felt that more often than not, I found myself cropping into the images quite a lot. After a year with the X100F, the 23mm lens became either not wide enough or wasn’t providing me with enough reach. How Fujifilm X100F Made Me Fall In Love With Photography… Again!

I picked up photography as a hobby in 2006. As the years went by, I grew tired of shooting clunky DSLRs. So I started shooting less and less. Continue reading “How Fujifilm X100F Made Me Fall In Love With Photography… Again!”

Fujifilm XF16-55 F2.8 Zoom Lens Review – This Lens is Sharp

For a long time, the APS-C sensor cameras were treated like younger siblings to full-frame cameras. Quite often for your APS-C camera, you had to buy prime lenses that were originally designed for full-frame sensors. So, if you would like to have a 50mm equivalent lens on your body you had to purchase a 35mm full-frame lens. The problem is, that optically they are designed to be 35mm lenses, so as a result, you would not get a “real” 50mm equivalent. The same applies to the zoom lenses. And I won’t even go into the choice of macro lenses! Continue reading “Fujifilm XF16-55 F2.8 Zoom Lens Review – This Lens is Sharp”

First photos of the new Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 FE lens

The fengniao pleased us with the pictures of the new Sigma lens. Thank him. It is clear that the new Sigma lens will be a very demanding bestseller because no one doubts about Sigma’s sharpness. Because Tamron’s lenses have a good autofocus speed, I think Sigma’s lenses will be so quick. The design and ergonomics of the switches are very fond, and you can see that zoom and focus rings are of high-quality material. No one doubts about Sigma’s quality. Clearly, Sony has only gotten stronger. Continue reading “First photos of the new Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 FE lens”
